Ralph P. Cautela Scholarship Program
Astor is honored to announce the Ralph P. Cautela Scholarship Program for two Hudson Valley Astor clients to be used for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Cautela, a Westchester County native now based in Rhinebeck, believes that every child has the right to a stable home, education, and a chance to succeed in life.
Astor is currently accepting applications for this year’s scholarship program and invites any current or former Hudson Valley clients who are entering their first year of higher education to apply. A total of two applicants will be chosen to receive a one-time $5,000 scholarship to be used for college, university, or vocational studies. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be matriculating to school in the fall of 2024.
Applicant Criteria:
- Entering a college, university, or vocational school in the Fall of 2024
- Current or former Astor client based in the Hudson Valley
- Demonstrated financial need
- Demonstrated academic performance

Applications must be postmarked or electronically sent by July 12th and decisions will be made by July 19.
