Now offering Tele Health and intakes by video and teleconference in all of our programs.
Astor has transitioned to Tele Health services to ensure that we are providing uninterrupted care throughout this crisis. In the past 2 weeks, Astor has provided Tele Health services to over 2,700 clients, and 85% of clients have already scheduled more Tele Health services.
We are able to provide both phone and video conferencing to all the locations we serve. In addition to continuing to provide individual, group, family, and medical treatment, we are continuing our intakes to ensure access to services. This transition has or will soon be fully realized for our outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization, home-based crisis intervention, day treatment sites, and children’s family treatment and support services.
