Part time employees who work at least 20 hours per week earn a prorated vacation consistent with the schedules notes below. The rate of vacation accrual for all part-time positions is factored by the Human Resources Office based upon the specific number of regular hours as noted on the approved change of status.
- 4 weeks paid vacation annually (on 40 hr/week basis, prorated as above);
- 12 paid holidays;
- 3 sick days per year.
